RETURN GUIDELINES

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return request within this 30-day period. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted. Please include your order number or proof of purchase when contacting us to begin the return process.

Condition

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, along with all original packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories. Products that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse may not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Value Loss

If a returned item is not received in its original condition, any reduction in the item's value resulting from use, damage, missing components, or missing packaging may be deducted from the total refund amount. The amount deducted will be based on the condition of the returned item upon inspection.
